Shown is a pair of Copper 25/28" Slingerland pedal timpani.Previously owned by Michael Skinner, formerly at Royal Opera House Covent Garden. We're selling these on behalf of his family.

Bowls, bases and pedals are fully cleaned and restored with new braked wheels and cross braces. They have new Evans Strata heads but could easily be converted to calf should a buyer wish to do so. Each timp has a drop down tuning key for easier playing. They are like an early version of Adams Revolution timpani- the bowls can detach (with a little practice) from the bases, making them highly portable. Both have genuine Slingerland gauges which look like Premier ones!
